Support the right of self determination to the Haitian people

It is quite apparent that the conditions of life for Haitians in deteriorating daily in the Dominican Republic.

Haitians, like the Roma in Europe, and provided no protections from abuse and discrimination in the Dominican society.

The CARICOM statement gives validity to this fact.
